I had fiberglass work done, a full annual service, ceramic coating inside and out, etc. & everything was meticulous. Race City Marine truly delivers on all aspects of quality, craftsmanship and they are the epitome of what customer service should entail. It is very hard to find places that do what they say they will. One of our propeller blades was bent on the Saturday of Labor Day weekend. I called Race City Marine at 11:30am and they sent out Tyler to trailer our boat at the marina. Tyler pulled the boat out of the water, replaced the propeller and got us back on the lake within an hour of our call to service. Service was amazing! Can't believe that within an hour of calling we were back in the water driving the boat with new propeller. Thanks again to Tyler and Race City Marine for the great work!“

I couldn’t be more impressed with Race City. They truly treat you like family. They took care of me every step of the way. I actually felt as if they were giving me a boat that I wanted not just trying tomake a sale.
When working with the parts department they have an amazing system. They get back to you very fast. They were able to accommodate me in adding a few extra toys to the new boat that I had in mind. I cannot express how grateful I am for what they have done for me.
